About this course

This course combines the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the governance of PRINCE2. Through various modules, learners will understand the basics of Agile methodologies and how they can be integrated within the structured environment of PRINCE2 for project management. Prerequisites

  • A foundational understanding of project management concepts and terminology.
  • Knowledge of basic Agile concepts and principles, as well as familiarity with Agile techniques and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Prior completion of the PRINCE2® Foundation certification or an equivalent project management certification recognized by AXELOS.
  • Experience working on or managing projects is helpful, although not strictly required.
