Regarding Personal information we collect:
If you are a training participant, your employer (or other third party paying for training) supplies us with your business contact information: Name, email address, physical address and phone number.
Some employers also provide additional identifying information such as an employee ID number. We do not ask for nor do we process sensitive personal information.
How we protect your personal information?
We protect your personal information using technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration.
Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls.
Refunds & Cancellation:
Spectrum Networks discourage refunds and would process refunds only under exceptional circumstances. This includes ill health, unplanned travel, unsatisfactory training delivery twice in succession among others and the refunds should be approved by the Director of the organization. Instead of refunds, the organization encourages the students to take up another time slot for trainings and examinations or take another course instead of the current one.
Once the refund is approved, the finance team will make the refunds in 3 business days. The refunds are processed by the company bank account irrespective of the mode of payment made by the customer to ensure that funds are tracked. After the refund is processed, a confirmation email to the sales team that follows up with the customer to ensure that the refunds have been received. A written receipt is encouraged in this process.
